Rates
$100 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a network provider for some insurance providers. My services are reimbursable at the out-of-network rate for most others. . Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for a network provider? an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
I have a limited number of reduced fee appointment slots available for those who do not have or chose not to utilize mental health insurance coverage. Please contact me for more information.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service and is payable by cash or check.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
